The story

Milo Thompson works job after job and even sells one of his kidneys to pay for the brain surgery his boyfriend Kane Winslow needs. Then Milo finds out Kane is a rich heir from the Upper East Side and their whole relationship was a cruel game to him. Heartbroken, Milo vanishes. Only then does Kane realize what he felt was real, and he swallows his pride and starts fighting with everything he has to win Milo's forgiveness.
