The story
She left him to save his life. She was carrying his baby.
Nadia learns she's carrying Renzo's child, and then his father, a mafia man, forces her to end things with Renzo because it's the only way to keep him alive. She walks away. Years later they meet again and it's anything but friendly, and Renzo is about to marry somebody else. Then the secrets start spilling out. Their daughter has leukemia, and Diana has been scheming against them all along. Once Renzo understands what really happened, he saves Nadia and their little girl from Diana. They make up and promise each other they won't split apart again, the three of them a family at last after years lost to a choice Nadia never wanted to make.
