Tim Harper is new at school and an easy target for bullies. He is also secretly Titan, although keeping his powers hidden gets harder as Sarah starts asking questions. Billionaire Blackwell secretly mentors Tim and runs a scholarship contest, while a school talent show helps bring Tim and Sarah closer. Then admitting the truth costs him his powers. When a plot by Mayor Hunter and Jax leaves him framed at a deadly gala, Tim has to decide what being a hero means when his strength is gone.
