For their sixth anniversary Natalie wants to surprise Ethan, so she goes to the clinic to check on the sperm he had stored there. It was taken out long ago. Ethan donated it to his childhood crush so that she could have his child, and now that woman is back, with the child, and Ethan moves them both into the house. Natalie files for divorce.
