Lisa's contract marriage to Aidan ends without warning and without explanation. What stayed with her is that she always valued him more than he ever valued her. When they cross paths again she takes her moment and leaves him a note he will not enjoy reading but then she starts at her new job, and now Aidan is the man she is reporting to.
