The story

Isabella Patton grew up in the countryside and is sent back to her wealthy birth family at twenty one. Oliver Bates is considerably older and sets about pursuing her without ever realising she is the woman he is engaged to. Her cousin Eliza was raised by the family in her place and wants them all turned against Isabella permanently. What Eliza has not accounted for is that Isabella is a genius in medicine and tech, and beats her at every challenge.
