The story
Her dad coaches the team. Now the star player lives in her house.
Lindsay is determined to find a boyfriend before she graduates, and her attempts keep ending in awkward situations with boys who let her down. Wayne Adams is the star player her father recruited to the school, and he has moved into her home. Her father has warned her off him, so whatever she feels has to stay buried. He is also the one who shows up whenever she is in trouble. What starts between them has to stay quiet, and meanwhile the bullying at school is getting worse and Lindsay is not staying out of it.
