The story
Sacrificed to a vampire king turning slowly to stone.
Lena is handed over to Draven, who is under a petrification curse, and instead of the ending everyone expected they forge a life binding blood pact. Breaking the curse leaves him dying and drained of royal blood, so Lena spends seven hard years hunting the source of the Blood Spring to bring him back. They take the throne together over a kingdom where humans and vampires live side by side, and then an ancient witch's sigil starts glowing red down in the Blood Spring.
