The story
One night in the dark, and a butterfly bracelet.
Juniper is recklessly in love with Tristan, the rockstar who rules their campus, who happens to be her protective older brother Carter's best friend and who has never seen her as anything but an invisible little sister. Then the lights go out, and what happens between them in the pitch black is not something either can take back. All Tristan has afterward is a delicate butterfly bracelet and the memory of a butterfly birthmark, and he is hunting obsessively for a stranger who sits across his kitchen table every day.
