The story
She throws him out. Her kingdom starts falling apart.
Arthur's wife humiliates him at Silverleaf Academy's Midwinter Banquet, strips away his title, and replaces him with the first love who has returned to her. She believes she is discarding a man who has lived off the academy. In truth, Arthur once gave up the use of his immense power to protect the continent. The academy owes its survival to him too. Being cast out finally frees him to end the contract tying him to humanity. His departure is about to show the kingdom exactly who it depended on.
