Elena is the biological daughter of the wealthy Delaney family, and her adopted sister Sarah frames her for a drunk driving accident that costs her ten years. Nobody believes her. The sculptor Leo gives her a new identity, and Flora comes out of it a renowned artist in her own right. Sarah greets her return by calling her an ex con and a plagiarist, which is the last mistake she gets to make. Flora takes her lies apart in public, the truth about Sarah being the bastard daughter comes out, and Flora walks away from the cold family for good with Marc.
