The story

After one night with Cole, a Mafia godfather, Helena runs off in disgrace. Cole goes looking for her, but his only clue comes from a delivery that went astray, and it points him to her stepsister Ivy instead. Ivy plays along and moves into his estate as Helena. Then Ivy finds out the real Helena is pregnant. She slips Helena a drug to end the pregnancy and fakes a pregnancy test of her own. But Helena drags the whole plot into the open in front of everyone, and now Cole has to dig through his own mistakes to find the woman he really loves.
