Five brides called the God King a fraud. One kept her word.
A thousand years ago the God King Ares gave up his power to seal away the demons and keep six races safe. Now he's back to claim the marriage pact made with him, and five of his brides turn him away, sure he's an impostor. Their betrayal brings disaster down on everyone. Only the Elven Queen keeps her promise. She stands at his side and goes with him into the Divine Realm. By the time the rest of them realize who he really was, it's much too late to beg.
