The story
Five years avoiding him. Five days in a car with him.
When her boyfriend bails on their road trip to her best friend's wedding, Samantha Smiles ends up driving from LA to NYC with Tristan Montgomery, her best friend's older brother, the boy who took all her firsts one secret summer night, and the boy she's spent five years trying to forget. The car is small. The history is not. Somewhere between the two coasts, Samantha has to decide whether she keeps living for everyone else, or finally does something for herself.
