The story
He crossed her name out of his Bond Ledger.
Kaelen Ashfell bought her at the Mate Auction for a fortune, and three years and three hatchlings later his first love came back, so he struck her out like property being returned. He handed her and the babies to his brother Roran, then stood by while his first love tore apart her den and her garden and hurt their child. Kael thinks regret is enough to bring her home. The mate he discarded is about to show him what being protected by someone else looks like.
