Years ago Ethan was sick, and Ava gave up everything to save him without telling him. She acted like a gold digger so he'd go home and get treated. Five years on, their son Noah dies saving Ethan's grandmother. Ethan's fiancee humiliates Ava, and Ethan still can't see what really happened. So Ava finally tells him all of it. Ethan is full of regret, and it comes far too late. Ava won't forgive him.
