The story
The SSS rank zombies pay rent on time.
Ford Clark's family kicks him out in the middle of the apocalypse, and what he inherits instead is Nine Dragons Walled City, a fortress full of zombies. Ford becomes the landlord. The SSS rank tenants pay their rent, and rent or rot turns out to be a very persuasive lease.
