The story

Faye is forced to marry Joshua Caldwell, a coward who can't stay faithful. At a gala someone drugs her, and she spends the night with a stranger before running off. The stranger is Anthony Caldwell, the Don the whole city bows to. He knows exactly who she is. He shows her how Joshua has been betraying her, and now she's part of a dangerous game. Faye fights back under her composer name Iris, while Anthony pushes Joshua out bit by bit. Anthony can't stay away from her, because she's the only one who can calm his sensory seizures. Then Faye cracks the files on her father's death and finds Anthony's signature all over the explosion that wiped out her family. Revenge or love, she can't have both.
