The story
She took the job to get her baby back.
Drugged by her stepfather, Elena has a night at a masked ball with Vincent, a powerful heir who cannot bear to touch a woman because of what happened to him as a child. She gives birth to Leo and Frank sends the baby to an orphanage. Vincent recognises his own tie at the scene, adopts the boy and takes him home. Desperate, Elena applies as wet nurse at Cunningham Manor, and neither of them recognises the other. Leo will drink from nobody else, and Vincent discovers she is the only woman he can touch.
