The story
She quit school to care for him through a three year coma.
After a car crash Leo spent three years paralyzed and lying in a coma, and Davina left school so she could look after him. Nobody knew Leo was secretly heir to both the Thorne Group and the Brandohr family. At a fundraiser Joseph tries to take Davina, and that's when Leo wakes up. He calls his family, and they put a stop to Joseph. When the wedding comes, Davina's relatives laugh at Leo, until the Earl of Brandohr walks in with Cynthia and nobody says another word. After she spent three years caring for him, Leo proposes to Davina.
