The story
She has carried the blame for her mother's death since the day she was born.
Angelica's mother died giving birth to her, and for sixteen years her family has never let her forget it. Her father Martin barely sees her. Her brother Christopher openly despises her, and the few scraps of warmth he once showed her are all she has to live on. When their cousin Madison moves in, Christopher turns on her completely and says he wishes she'd been the one to die. Then Angelica is diagnosed with cancer, and he gets his wish. Only after she's gone does Christopher's world begin to fall apart. Keep the tissues close for this one.
