Derek Wolf, America's top billionaire, is dying, and the surgeon Shaun is flying a donor kidney to him for a secret transplant. On the plane, Shaun's hurry gets him humiliated by Jessica, whose mother is delaying the flight. When her mother has a heart attack after takeoff, Shaun saves her life, and Jessica repays him by demanding a humiliating apology for the ribs he broke doing it. He refuses. She threatens the kidney. Shaun finally tells her whose life is in that case, and she doesn't believe a word until she smashes it open and reads the name. Derek Wolf. Her own fiance's grandfather.
