The story
Three years in a reform school for her sister's crimes.
The Blaires need someone to carry the blame for their adoptive daughter, and Elena is the black sheep, so Elena is who they hand over. Reform school tortures her for three years. On the eve of her release all she wants is a clean start somewhere else, which is exactly when her family decides they want her back.
